Physical assessment of patient

To assess a patients physical appearance do the following.

Step 1:

Open the physical assessment screen from the tree structure to the left on the application.

Step 2:

Select the patient and enter all the required information to assess the patient. Note the skin, urine and nails rating drop down box. This rating system was chosen to allow a medical professional to give there impression of the patient. the rating works as follows. 0 - bad. 10 - good.

Click the assess button at the bottom right of the screen
