User overview
Most of the user functionality on the system has to do with security. In todays world computer security plays a rather large role in our society. When looking at the world leaders America certain legislation has been setup to protect patients information both in cyber space and in the real world. This legislation is called HIPPA and has been around there for a few years. South-Africa is following that trend and one of these days systems that use protocols like FTP and TELNET will be a thing of the past. i believe the first laws have been past.
